About Connected Breath
In my decades of experience as a mind-body therapist; Breathwork has delivered results more rapidly, consistently, effectively, affordably, and enjoyably than any other modality I’ve worked with.
I discovered breathwork after an extended period of chronic pain and a series of injuries and major life stresses that had me locked into a constant state of suffering. Through daily breathwork sessions, I recovered rapidly and felt better than I'd felt in decades. I'm inspired and compelled to bring together my extensive experience to weave fun, transformative breathwork sessions, so others can gain the benefits that I have.
Trained through SOMA Breath®, I create sessions with the keen knowledge of how to impact our physiology through breath. My training as a transformational hypnotherapist, coach and facilitator allows me to take participants on a transformative journey with immediate impact and the potential for life changing benefits with a regular path of practice.
I'm on a mission to support people to move beyond their limitations, and unleash the potential within.

Where there is significant struggle, healing can be a challenging path. I can assist to connect you with helpful resources or skilled, practitioners as needed to ensure you are supported to traverse the difficult passages. Your unique needs will be met with care and empathy.
